Q. I am taking my IN: product, but I haven't felt results.
A. It is important to consume IN: products all at once, vs. sipping them over time. It is also worth noting that many of our consumers find that IN: products are more effective with consistent use. For example, some IN:DREAM users have found that they sleep better, more soundly and longer after they have taken IN:DREAM for a few nights.
Q. How quickly will I feel results after I take IN:PEACE, IN:DREAM, and IN:MOTION?
A. You should expect to feel results within 15 -30 minutes of drinking IN: products. Because herbal medicines benefit your body even more with regular use, you can see better results the more you take, and the longer you take them. You should expect to see better results if you continue to take the product and benefit from the cumulative effect. Tip: to maximize results, be sure to drink your IN product all at once vs. sipping it over time.
Q. Can I take IN:PEACE, IN:DREAM, and IN:MOTION together?
A. Yes, you can take them together. The formula's complement each other.
However, if you have a sensitivity to Stevia, which might headaches or excess gas, you may want to space out taking doses of IN: products.
Q. What is the best way to take IN:TotalWellness products?
A. Simply open the pouch and mix 1 level scoop in 10-12 oz of hot or cold water. Use less water if you prefer your IN: to taste sweeter, and more water if you prefer less sweetness. Stir or shake, and IN:Joy! Tip:--to get the maximum effect of your IN product, be sure to drink the whole dose at one time, vs. sipping.
SAFETY AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
Q. Are there side-effects from taking IN:PEACE, IN:DREAM, and IN:MOTION?
A. Taken in the correct dosage, side effects are very rare. There are no documented side effects, but if you are allergic to grass or certain herbs, you should consult your physician before usage.
Our products do contain the sweetener, Stevia. Although rare, some people may have a sensitivity to Stevia. Those with Stevia sensitivity may experience headaches or excess gas. So, to reduce the possibility Stevia-related headaches or gas, you should consider spacing out your doses of IN: products.
Q. What are the allergens in IN products?
A. If you have allergies to mushrooms, you should avoid taking IN:PEACE and IN:DREAM. If you have allergies to grasses, you should avoid taking IN: products.
Q. Can children take IN: products?
A. We recommend that anyone with grass or seasonal allergies begin with a small dose, including children. If there are no allergies detected, it is safe to give a full dose of IN products to children ages 12 and over. Children under age 12 can also take IN products -simply cut the does in half.
Q. Can I take IN: products with medications that I may be taking?
A. At this time, there are not enough clinical studies to research the interactions between pharmaceutical drugs and herbs to provide a completely accurate answer. We advise you speak with your physician or your pharmacist.
Q. I see that IN: products contain deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL). Will this impact my blood pressure?
A. No. The process of deglycyrrhizination of licorice changes the properties of the licorice so that it doesn’t impact blood pressure levels.
Q. Are the ingredients in IN: products safe?
A. All of our herbs have been tested for heavy metals, pesticides and purity in the U.S., and are manufactured in the U.S. under rigid quality-control standards, rigorous 3rd party testing procedures and with state-of-the-art technology.
Q. Are IN: products made in the USA?
A. Yes, we manufacture all of our products in Tampa, Florida under rigid quality-control standards, rigorous, independent, 3rd party testing procedures and with state-of-the-art technology.

Q. Do IN: products contain artificial sweeteners?
A. Each product is sweetened naturally, and they do not contain artificial sweeteners or colors.
We use Monk Fruit, which is a melon that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries. It is a sweetener that doesn't raise blood sugar levels.
We also use Stevia, which is natural and plant-derived, and has been used for centuries as a sweetener.
Q. I see that IN: products have 4-5 grams of naturally occurring sugar. Where does the sugar come from?
A. Yes—the sugar contained in IN products is naturally occurring in the ingredients in the products. There are no added sugars. Each of the ingredients contained in IN products were carefully selected and serve a specific purpose in the formulas vs. being added as sweeteners.
Q. Are IN: products vegan?
A. Yes--IN:PEACE, IN:DREAM, and IN:MOTION are all vegan products.
Q. Are IN: products gluten-free?
A. Yes--IN:PEACE, IN:DREAM, and IN:MOTION are all gluten-free.
Q. Are IN’s products organic?
A. We are not certified organic but our herbs are sustainably sourced. We are looking to find certified organic providers and will be sourcing those ingredient as they become more available to us.
Q. Are IN: products Non-GMO?
A. Yes--our products are Non-GMO. There are no genetically modified organisms in our products.
Q. Are the herbs in IN: products sustainably sourced?
A. Yes, all of IN: ingredients are sustainably sourced.

Q. What is an Antioxidant?
A. These powerful substances are found in many of our ingredients, as well as in fruits and vegetables. They help destroy free radicals, which contribute to a range of illnesses and chronic diseases.
Q. What is an Adaptogen?
A. Adaptogens are natural substances, including herbs and mushrooms, that work with the body to help them adapt to stress and fatigue by regulating important hormones. They have been studied to boost the immune system, protect the body from reacting to stress, and increase physical and mental endurance.
Q. Does IN:MOTION help with menstruation-related symptoms like cramps, lower back pain, etc.?
A. Although we cannot claim that our products cure or treat diseases and ailments, we do have customers who have told us that they have had positive results using IN:MOTION to help with their menstrual symptoms. They tell us that they got relief quickly and that relief was long-lasting.
Q. Does IN:MOTION help with headaches and migraines?

Q. If I don’t like the IN:TotalWellness products that I purchased, can I get my money back?
A. Yes. We will refund the purchase price of the products that you purchased if you are not 100% satisfied. Please contact us and we will initiate your refund.
Q. Where do you ship your products from?
A. Our products ship from our fulfillment provider warehouse in North Carolina.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my order?
A. Generally, orders placed before 12 Noon EST will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders received after 12 Noon EDT Actual arrival time for your order depends on where the order is being shipped, etc.
Q. What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
A. After you place your order and the order has been processed, you should receive an email from IN:TotalWellness with tracking information. If for some reason you don’t receive an email with the tracking information or the product doesn’t arrive as indicated in the tracking information, please contact us and we will research the issue.
