Not a fan of the taste, it didn't do much for me, and I just don't really like textured beverages. I may try to add it to a smoothie or something. The ingredients are good, and it's well packaged, no allergens for me to worry about, quality product, but just not for me. I'll experiment w/ it a bit, and if I find a more appealing way of getting it down, I'll update my review. It didn't bother my sensitive stomach (I can't have gluten or dairy) so that's good.
I will say that it did seem to help my body stay asleep. Though I cannot say whether I was simply tired enough to have achieved the same, or similar results, without it in those circumstances. I've been telling myself to keep trying, but I shouldn't need an alternative plan to make drinking these products remotely enjoyable.
This mix may not look appealing, but I’d order it again. The wild berry flavor is really tasty, not a gross synthetic flavor and no gross aftertaste. I’m not sure if I actually felt mental clarity and calm from the drink, but I have slept better on the nights I have drank it before bed. The mix comes with a scope and all you need is one. That being said, the powder is really hard to mix up. If you have a drink stir or a shaker, use that! The package said to use a tad bit of hot water to help mix it up. I tried and it was still a bit difficult. Overall, I’d get this again
I ordered this IN: PEACE drink mix for its herbal formula and claim to support calmness. I love that it was crafted by a licensed herbalist. It came well packaged(so pretty too)and includes a scoop inside the powder mix. The scoop has a long handle so you don't have to reach your hand all the way in. The directions say to add 1 scoop to 8-10 oz of water then stir or shake. It smelled like tea with a hint of berry after I mixed in a shaker bottle. At a full scoop with 8oz of water, I could absolutely not get it down. It was too strong and tangy at that strength for me. It took some experimenting but I finally found that half a scoop with 16 oz of water was much, much better. I prefer it chilled but is also good warm. At 1/2 a scoop per serving this will provide 40 servings and will be a good value. The zipper closure on the bag is of good quality and will help keep the powder fresh. I appreciate that it states on the package that it is non gmo, vegan and paleo and that it contains no caffeine, gluten, nuts, dairy or soy. It does take more than a stir to mix so I would recommend using warm water or a shaker bottle. The calming and relaxing properties are really nice after a long day. It did prove to be fast acting and I appreciate that it's not habit forming. Overall, a great and thoughtful product that I would purchase again.
When I ordered this I'll admit that I didn't fully read the label in the picture and was under the impression that this was a sort of calming herbal tea. When it arrived as a bag of powder, I was surprised, but pleasantly so. As it turns out the powder dissolves very easily into just a bit of warm or cold water, so you can use this for a drink post-workout to relax a bit, or as a warm tea to end a long day. The solution is slightly effervescent and I found that I needed only about half of the recommended amount, so that means I'll get about 40 servings out of the bag instead of 20 - either way it is a great value! The flavor is "wild berry" but I'm mostly getting a tangy blueberry-adjacent flavor. I always advise folks to take any health supplement's claims with a grain of salt. With that in mind if you're losing the for a simple, effervescent, berry flavored beverage and a package that will last you about a month I would say this is a great option!
