This is a great tasted, pomegranate flavored natural remedy for sleep aid. I don’t usually have issues with sleep but when I do, nothing works to get me to bed. This woks great. It’s extremely effective, works quickly and gives me deep sleep but no hangover the next day. I recommend.

As a mama of two, my sleep has been limited for years so I’ve been focusing on improving my my sleep quality this year. I decided to give this IN:dream herbal sleep formula a try and honestly I am so glad I did. It’s exactly what I needed at night. The pomegranate flavored taste really not good. It’s super easy to prepare it dissolves quickly and absorb fast. I really like that it’s natural dairy, free and gluten-free. I usually drink this about 20 to 30 minutes prior to going to sleep and I fall asleep feeling super relaxed and waking up very refreshed without any of the grogginess . This comes with a 20 serving per bag, which is great for testing out a new product. I don’t use this every night but I use it at least 2 to 3 times a week and it has been a game changer in my sleep routine. I believe this is a very good and a really good value.
